Southwest Airlines “Docuseries” to Air on TLC

As according to a Dallas Morning News article, TLC is currently in the process of filming what will be 13 episodes of a new reality series, which they have coined as a “docuseries” about Southwest.

Southwest was considered for this series due to its reputation as having a progressive company culture and for its transparency regarding business.

Southwest looks at this as an opportunity for the company and their employees to demonstrate their excellence in customer service.

Content for the show will be taken from footage at Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), Chicago Midway Airport (MDW), and Denver International Airport (DEN).
