DFW International Airport Introduces Special Offers through Social Networking Apps

Foursquare and Facebook Places are two of the most widely used location-driven social networking services.  The “check-in” feature of these apps allows travelers to take advantage of deals, meet up with friends, discover new places and tips, and ultimately save time and money.

DFW International Airport is embracing these social networking opportunities by offering travelers deals, discounts, savings and tips when they check-in to any of the five terminals at DFW.  These check-ins and deals are localized, so travelers will be made offers specific to businesses near their check-in site.

These deals can be accessed by downloading and using either the Foursquare or the Facebook app on your smart-phone.
